Twitter Grants Academics Full Access to Public Data

From February 22nd Twitter give free access to its new APIs for academic researchers. This will facilitate the study of public conversations on Twitter. With the API tools, researchers will have free access to the full history of public conversation and higher levels of access to the Twitter developer platform.
