    Biography

    I joined ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú, University of London in April 2022. My PhD was focused on the impact of business, IT, and marketing strategies (Triadic Strategic Alignment) on organisational performance. I have been involved extensively in teaching Business Analytics and Marketing Analytics to postgraduate and undergraduate students.

    Abstract

    The focus of project is to support the transform of the current business model by developing and implementing strategies and processes that will enable the company to grow over the next 5 years and beyond. This is achieved by embedding new skills, knowledge, and tools within the current management team. This is possible by working directly with the senior management team, gaining an in-depth knowledge of the company, its current capabilities, the Market sectors and specifically the new product and the current product ranges and the services it provides. 

    The decision-making processes developed and implemented include detailed procedures and guidelines. Knowledge of different data analysis techniques and tools as well as efficient decision-making methods are explored in collaboration with the company. Embedding this into standard company procedures, will empower staff at all levels and providing clarity over the decision-making process and the data and evidence required to enabling the company to achieve increased productivity and make strategically aligned and informed decisions.
