Maintenance

The maintenance section is responsible for the structural integrity, efficient maintenance and safe functioning of all buildings owned or leased by 糖心logo入口. We also oversee building works and the installation and function of new equipment.听

Our team of skilled craftspeople respond to works requests and also carry out planned, preventative maintenance and regular inspections and checks, to ensure good practice and compliance with statutory requirements.听

Request maintenance work聽

To report a fault聽or request maintenance work, you can 听(惫颈补 ) or contact the Estates and Facilities helpdesk if the request is urgent.听

  • Mechanical services

    • We are responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical installations and plants within the College, including:
      • air conditioning and refrigeration聽
      • chilled water systems聽
      • compressed air supply聽
      • internal and external drainage聽
      • heating and hot water boilers聽
      • heating systems聽
      • hot and cold water distribution mains聽
      • natural gas distribution聽
      • 辫濒耻尘产颈苍驳听
      • specialist plant and equipment聽
      • ventilation systems.听

  • Electrical services

    • The electrical services section ensures that all electrical installations and systems are highly maintained and safe to use,聽including:聽
      • access control equipment聽
      • electrical plant supplies聽
      • emergency lighting聽
      • external perimeter lighting聽
      • fire alarms and weekly recorded testing聽
      • general lighting聽
      • intruder/alarm systems聽
      • power circuits.听

  • Carpentry/building

    • This section is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all building fabric items, including:聽
