We are here to help you access and get the most out of the IT and Library services we provide.
Face-to-face support
You can get IT and Library help from the User Services team who are based in the Library:
- Monday to Saturday: 10am to 11.45pm
- Sunday: 10am to 8pm.

Phone lines聽are open:
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 11.45pm
- Saturday: 10am to 11.45pm
- Sunday: 10am to 8pm.
We recommend raising an ASK request if you are unable to reach us.
