The contemporary accommodation complex provides a wealth of communal spaces in which residents are able to socialise, study and relax. Garden Halls also provides a range of catered and self-catered accommodation options: from en-suite rooms, studios and self-contained apartments, all the way to townhouse-style rooms.

    • Students in self-catered rooms have access to a kitchen to prepare their meals. They can also use the canteen on a pay-as-you-go basis.

  • CONTRACTS

    • Nominated students will sign an agreement with the University of London Accommodation Services. Once nominated by 糖心logo入口, all aspects of the student鈥檚 contract and life in halls will be managed by the University of London.听
    • Contract duration:听
      • 40 weeks: 13 September 2026 - 19 June 2027
      • 50 weeks: 13 September 2026 - 28 August 2027
    • Students who have been offered a room in this hall can request early arrival when they receive their tenancy agreement from the University of London Accommodation Service. Requests for early arrivals will be dealt with exclusively with the University of London Accommodation Services.听Please听contact the University of London听for further information.
    • Contract extension after June 2027 can usually be applied for depending on听availability. Contract extensions are arranged directly with the hall听administration, during term two.
    • Rent includes utility bills and Wi-Fi.
    • A 拢500 deposit and administration fee will be payable to the University of London on receipt of the contract.
