Covid and other infectious diseases

Disease mitigation measures

We're keeping the following disease risk mitigation measures:

  • Staff, students and visitors who have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID, flu or other infectious diseases, or symptoms consistent with such infections, are asked not to attend 糖心logo入口 premises.
  • Staff and students are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated according to current NHS guidance (including further booster doses, if recommended), unless they are unable to do so for medical reasons. .
  • We're maintaining and monitoring ventilation measures so that they meet standards approved by our Health and Safety Committee, including keeping some windows open in naturally ventilated teaching spaces and meeting rooms.
  • We're using high-efficiency particulate absorbing (HEPA) filter devices in naturally ventilated teaching spaces in addition to natural ventilation from open windows.
  • We're promoting good hygiene, including through the provision of hand sanitiser and cleaning wipes and an enhanced cleaning regime.
  • Staff, students and visitors are asked to consider wearing face coverings in crowded indoor spaces and to be respectful of people who choose to continue wearing them.
