My research focuses on individuals within organisational contexts, examining how personal and contextual factors shape the interpretation and enactment of behaviour and influence broader organisational outcomes. More broadly, I am interested in how organisations respond to societal change and dynamic environments, and how they can adapt in ways that support meaningful and sustainable organisational change.
